As a girl finding her way in her twenties, I spent years over-investing in everything but myself. Somewhere between chasing goals and keeping up, I realized I had lost touch with feeling good.

I started making small, conscious changes that eventually reshaped my entire life. I lost 100 pounds, moved to a new city, and began to unlock a version of myself I hadn’t met yet — lighter, freer, and more intentional. Every shift, no matter how small, reaffirmed one truth: being better is a choice.

That belief carried into every part of my life — even my kitchen. When I reached for “healthier” soy alternatives, I noticed a frustrating tradeoff: lower sodium, but not exactly what I was looking for. The taste, depth, and known flavor I loved in some of my favorite sauces was missing.

So I set out to create something that didn’t force compromise. I partnered with an organic producer of coconut tree sap to develop LOHSO - a low sodium, coconut aminos-based line of sauces that’s rooted in balance, quality sourcing, and elevated taste.

LOHSO is more than a sauce; it’s a reflection of choosing better — for yourself, your body, and the world around you. It’s a reminder that living well isn’t about restriction, it’s about intention.
