How do I cook with coconut aminos?
LOHSO 'SAUCE' can be used in the same way as soy sauce! Coconut aminos is a 1:1 swap for cooking and enjoying. Try LOHSO 'GLAZE' as a marinade or finishing glaze!
Does it need to be refrigerated after opening?
Yes, all of our products should be refrigerated after opening to preserve freshness and flavor!
How long do lohso sauces last?
LOHSO 'SAUCE' can be kept refrigerated for 2 years and our LOHSO 'GLAZE' can be kept refrigerated for 1 1/2 years.
Does it taste like coconut?
Though our core ingredient is organic coconut sap, none of our sauces taste like coconut as a result of the long fermentation process.
Is LOHSO keto, paleo, Whole30, or vegan friendly?
Yes, all of our products comply with Keto, Paleo, Whole30, and Vegan diets. We only use organic ingredients and are in the process of acquiring USDA organic certification!
